The meatball subs I couldn't stop thinking about the whole time I was eating the Barefoot Contessa's Real Meatballs and Spaghetti last Thursday have finally made their debut on Menu Wednesday. Check out the twofer meal that puts to good use any of those sixteen gorgeous meatballs you happen to have leftover. Or, make an extra batch just for the subs.
